Processing of personal data.
The personal data you provide (including your image captured by video surveillance) are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) and the internal regulations of Electra M&E Polska sp. z o.o.

- The purposes of data processing include:
- visiting our office (including data obtained through video surveillance) – ensuring the safety of the Controller's employees and associates, protecting its property, and maintaining the confidentiality of information, the disclosure of which could expose the Controller to damage, which constitutes the Controller's legitimate interest;
- conducting recruitment for employment at Electra M&E Polska and its subsidiaries, as well as archiving documents after the recruitment process.
- Information about data recipients - Reception Desk, HR Department, IT Department, authorized bodies.
- Data retention period - in case of the recruitment process – the time necessary to conduct the recruitment process in accordance with the job advertisement, and then for the period resulting from archiving regulations; in case of providing data during a visit to our office (including data obtained through video surveillance) – 30 days.
- Rights:
- right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;
- right to rectify (amend) your personal data;
- right to restrict the processing of your personal data;
- right to delete personal data (a request to exercise these rights should be sent in writing to the contact address of the Personal Data Protection Office, provided in point 1 above);
- right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw).
- Legal basis for data processing:
- Article 6 paragraph 1 letters a, b, and f of the GDPR;
- Article 221 of the Labor Code and the Act of 14 July 1983 on national archival resources and archives in connection with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR;
- Article 9 paragraph 2 letter a of the GDPR.
- Information on the requirement to provide data in the recruitment process - providing personal data within the scope resulting from Article 22.1 of the Labor Code (including first name, last name, contact details, education, previous employment history, employment requirements specified in the job advertisement) is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process. The recruitment process for the position indicated in the job advertisement. Providing other data, to the extent not specified by law, will be treated as consent to the processing of personal data. Consent in this case is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time. If the data provided includes special categories of data referred to in Article 9(1) of the GDPR, express consent to their processing will be required, which may be withdrawn at any time.
- Other information - the data provided will not be the basis for automated decision-making, nor will it be profiled.
