New order at the Towarowa 22 investment in Warsaw
Echo Investment S.A., in cooperation with AFI Europe Poland, has expanded the scope of work commissioned to the Electra M&E Polska Group on the “Towarowa 22” investment in Warsaw.
The additional task includes the installation of building automation for the “B” office building in the complex and will be carried out by IPID Engineering.
Thus, three companies forming the Electra M&E Polska group will be involved in the implementation of this investment:
Electra M&E Polska - mechanical installations and coordination of the entire works;
GEO-KAT - power electrical installations;
IPID Engineering sp. z o.o. - building automation installations.
Completion of the shell&core work is planned for early 2025.
